Watch this touching video of a brave blogger and mum that survived domestic violence from her Ex -boyfriend. She says thankfully l've been involved in domestic violence, and seen it first hand .But that harsh reality is that I do know a couple of people that have been victims .

 And I believe more need to be done to raise awareness so that we can help to prevent it. Speaking out and looking for help with anything can be a terrifying thing to do , so to do it publicly , with a black eye still takes some serious gut.
