Man claims his wife conned him in Embu while they were married

A middle aged man from Majengo, Embu County, is seeking justice after his wife conned him.

Abdalla is accusing his wife, Mary Njeri Mohammed, of selling his petrol station in 2007 and his piece of land in 2011 while they were still legally married. He is now demanding to have his property back because they have separated.

He said that his efforts to get justice are being frustrated by the Government because the case he lodged in 2013 keeps on being postponed for one reason or the other.

Abdalla says that he is worried he may never get justice because of the slow court process.

Through the Embu Muslim Community society, he is asking Chief Justice Willy Mutunga to order the Embu Law Court to fast-track his case.
