Imagine the trauma this small girl is being subjected to by one who is supposed to be watching over her. I suspect whoever filmed it had been seeing her molest that child regularly in that location and decided to record it the next time it happened. Shameful and pathetic. Who is really looking after our children? Young boys are also being molested like this.
