Shocking Crime: 2 teenagers stab their parents and 3 siblings to death.

2 Oklahoma teenagers, 18 year old Robert Bever and his 16-year-old brother, Michael Bever, have been accused of stabbing and killing 5 family members.

They were arrested after their 13-year-old sister who survived the attack identified them as the attackers in the Wednesday night massacre in Broken Arrow, OK.

The news comes as it was revealed the one of the victims, 12-year-old Daniel, had called 911 just before dying alongside his parents, David, 52, and April, 44, and siblings Christopher, 7, and Victoria, 5.
Although police originally said a 911 call from the home was silent, resulting in a welfare check, it has now been revealed in documents filed to support the teenager's arrest that a caller from the home was able to tell police that 'their brother was attacking their family'.

The family were found dead at 11.30pm on Wednesday in their luxurious house in Broken Arrow, southeast of Tulsa.

Crystal Bever, 13, is currently in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

Her two-year-old sister, Autumn Bever, was discovered unharmed and is in state custody. She was allegedly born prematurely and her parents had recently started a nonprofit to help other families who have premature children.

Investigators said a 12-year-old male called 911 at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday and said they needed help because their brother was attacking the family. When officers arrived to the 700 block of Magnolia Court, they found blood on the porch and could hear a faint female voice inside asking for help.

When they made their way inside to the gruesome scene, they found the girl, who had been stabbed multiple times, the document says. The 12-year-old who called 911 was dead, they said.

"The young girl was still alive and made statements to the officers that her brothers [were] responsible for attacking her and her family," the arrest report says.

As reported earlier, police and a K9 officer were able to track down Bever and his 16-year-old brother in a wooded area behind the home, and the new report reveals they found fresh footprints in the back yard. The two were arrested and placed in the Broken Arrow city jail then transferred to the Tulsa County Jail on Friday.

Bever was booked on five first-degree murder complaints and one count of aggravated domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon. In his mugshot, Bever appears to have blood splatters and mud on his face, and BAPD Cpl. Leon Calhoun said that many of the officers who have been involved in the investigation are disturbed by his demeanor.

He has a smirk on his face …I don't know if there's any remorse whatsoever based on that picture," Calhoun said of Robert Bever's first mugshot. A second mugshot was taken once he was transferred to Tulsa County.

At this time, the youngest brother's name has not been made public in any news releases sent out by Broken Arrow police. A Tulsa County jailer, however, identified him to News On 9 as Michael Bever.

The 13-year-old girl survived surgery and is said to be stable at a local hospital.

Police said on Thursday that multiple knives and a hatchet were found in the home and are believed to be the murder weapons.

35 Of Bill Cosby's Victims Line Up For The First Time

If Bill Cosby really raped all of these women and more, then he is such a monster!
Thirty-five of Bill Cosby's alleged sexual molestation victims have posed for a photograph on the front of the July 27 edition of New York magazine, giving their accounts of what happened to them at the hands of the now controversial "Cosby Show" star.

Coming into the light for the first time together, the publication lines the 35 women up on chairs in a visually shocking front cover snap, and displays interviews with the women in question within the pages of the magazine.

Noreen Malone wrote within the mag: ""The group of women Cosby allegedly assaulted functions almost as a longitudinal study - both for how an individual woman, on her own, deals with such trauma over the decades and for how the culture at large has grappled with rape over the same time period. In the '60s, when the first alleged assault by Cosby occurred, rape was considered to be something violent committed by a stranger … But among younger women, and particularly online, there is a strong sense now that speaking up is the only thing to do, that a woman claiming her own victimhood is more powerful than any other weapon in the fight against rape."

The testimony and photographs that appear in the mag display in no uncertain terms, the scale and diversity of the alleged abuse, with alleged victims ranging in age from their early 20s to 80, including women who were Playboy bunnies, TV writers, journalists and waitresses.

“I went into this thinking he was going to be my father. To wake up half-dressed and raped by the man that said he was going to love me like a father? That’s pretty sick,” one of the women, Barbara Bowman, 48, said of her experiences with Cosby in the '80s. “I felt like a prisoner; I felt I was kidnapped and hiding in plain sight. I could have walked down any street of Manhattan at any time and said, ‘I’m being raped and drugged by Bill Cosby,’ but who the hell would have believed me? Nobody, nobody.”

Another victim speaking up in the mag: Cosby Show writer Sammie Mays, 57, claims an encounter with Cosby in 1987 derailed her life. “When I see Jell-O pudding, it comes flooding back," she told the magazine. "Bill Cosby, that encounter, that one time, played a major factor in the direction my life took, toward the dark side."

The publication is available for purchase now, and you can also see video interviews with the women on the magazine's website.

35 doesn't sound that much until you see a picture like the one at the top with 35 women sitting down, claiming they have been raped by the same man.

So Sad !!! Bobbi Kristina Brown is dead and to be buried next to late Whitney Houston.

Bobbi Kristina Brown lost her six month battle to live last night after she was found unresponsive in her bath tub at home. Family sources now say that the 22-year-old will be laid to rest in New Jersey, next to her beloved mother Whitney Houston.

Her body will be flown to New Jersey following a funeral service in Atlanta so she can be laid to rest
alongside the singer.

Whitney Houston died in February 2012 and was buried at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey next to her late father, John Russell Houston who died in 2003 following a long battle with diabetes and heart disease.

Bobbi was 18 at the time of her mum's death and was left devastated. Soon after Whitney's death, the teenager suffered a hysterical breakdown and was sedated in hospital.

She was latterly treated for severe stress and anxiety. More recently though, she was depressed and was at times suicidal, according to her cousin, Jerod Brown.

In eerily similar circumstances, Whitney was found dead in a bath at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. A post-mortem showed that she drowned after suffering a heart attack following cocaine use. Bobbi Kristina, whose father is Every Little Step I Take singer Bobby Brown, was also found unresponsive in the bath in the home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon on January 31 of this year.

She was taken to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, where she was put on a ventilator to assist her breathing. She was later placed in a medically induced coma at Atlanta's Emory University Hospital.

Nearly two months later, she was moved to a rehabilitation center, where she remained until June 24, when she was moved to the Peachtree Christian Hospice where she died on Sunday night surrounded by her family.

May their souls rest in perfect peace.

President Buhari says" God Made Me But America Made Me"

President Muhammadu Buhari while speaking at his U.S. War College reunion during his recent trip to America said that God made him, but America also made him.

According to ThisDay, Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, wrote the article below to emphasize that “US as the architect of Buhari's presidency sits well within reason.”

See the full article after the jump:

“Please, be kind to him,” General Smith said over the phone.

On Wednesday, July 22, members of the U.S. War College Class of 1980 gathered at the Blair House in Washington, DC, to welcome the man they had selected as their football team referee 36 years ago.

“Being referee all those years ago taught me to be fair and just,” President Buhari said during the meeting.

Among the former classmates gathered were Lt. General Granrud (Commander of the U.S. forces in Japan Rtd), Brigadier General Jack Pellica, General Ronald Griffith (Former Vice Chairman of the U.S. army central command), Colonel Lany Gordon and Colonel Paul Summerville.

General Smith has since passed on, as have all the directing staff and a larger percentage of the old students from the set. “This just shows that all of us are on the queue,” President Buhari said, “waiting for our turn.”

The Nigerian Commander-in-Chief said he hoped that the U.S. would continue its tradition of training Nigerians in the war college. At the time he attended the school, he was the only African in his class.

The only other foreigners were from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, Indonesia, Thailand, France and Japan. The Japanese student went on to become the head of his country’s army.

President Buhari then went on to update his classmates on his life since he last saw them: his different appointments, his accomplishments and his family.  “I have just received my 13th grandchild,” he said.
He added that the wife they knew him with at the time had since died, and that he had also lost a son and a daughter from his new wife.

“Of all my eight children,” he said, “only one is a boy.” Some of his former classmates were curious to know if President Buhari would place his only son, Yusuf, in the army.  “I stopped him from joining the army,” President Buhari replied.

He explained that the military he joined was very different from what it is today, adding that he was the second Nigerian to be sent to the U.S. War College based on his records alone, without connections.
“Things took a wrong turn in Nigeria,” he said. “Your records no longer matter.”

Some of the former classmates present at the meeting stated that at the time they met President Buhari back in 1980, they knew little about Nigeria or Africa.

They credited the Nigerian leader with giving them their initial enlightenment about the continent. Others recalled how he always overworked himself.

However, President Buhari described his war college experience as being responsible for his subsequent life of hard work, endurance and perseverance. “

I contested for president three times and failed,” he said. “Then I did it the fourth time and won.”
A roar of laughter followed the president’s apt illustration.

He then rendered his narrative of the collapse of the Soviet Union, breaking into 18 republics and how that influenced his decision to join politics.

“The collapse of the Soviet empire in 1980 without a single shot being fired convinced that the multi-party democratic system was the best for all countries.”

President Buhari then expressed appreciation to President Barack Obama and to the U.S. for the role the country played in Nigeria’s successful elections, recalling Secretary of State, John Kerry’s visit to him and to former President Goodluck Jonathan, as well as to Attahiru Jega, the electoral commissioner at the time.

“Kerry read the riot act to all of us,” he said, “saying the conduct of the election must be free, fair and in line with the Constitution.”

He added that, without US intervention, the electoral malpractices of the past twelve years would likely have happened again.

“God made me but America made me,” he said. The Class of 1980 gave President Buhari the full assurances of their support, stating that they were willing to use their experience to assist him in any way they can, particularly with tackling terrorism in northeast Nigeria.

They promised to put together and forward to him a compendium of their thoughts on the security situation in Nigeria.

National Human Rights Commission stops 40yr old man's marriage to a minor

The National Human Rights Commission last week stopped the planned marriage of a 40-year-old man to a 13-year-old girl who is a primary 5 pupil of POWA Primary School in Abuja.

According to Channelstv, the marriage, which was billed to take place on July 24 in Abuja, was halted by the Commission after an investigation.

A statement by the Chief Press Officer of the Commission, said that following a tip off, the Commission interrupted the ceremony and retrieved the minor from the offender’s house and invited all parties involved to the Commission including the groom to be, one Mr. Ibrahim, who had full knowledge that the girl was less than 18 years of age prescribed by Law.

After thorough interrogations, the Commission cited the relevant laws to back its decision to stop the marriage, including Sections 21, 22, 23 of the Child Rights Act 2003 which prohibits child marriage or betrothal, an offence which is punishable by five years imprisonment or 500,000 naira fine.

The Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Commission, Professor Bem Angwe, while referring the matter to the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command for prosecution, also expressed the determination of the Commission to ensure the implementation of the Child Rights Act and its enforcement against all persons irrespective of their status or religious belief.

The Executive Secretary enjoined parents and guardians to be vigilant and ensure that their children and wards are not exposed to early marriage which does not only offend the law but has psychological, social and health implications.

Crime :Thieves rob £1,000 bottles from the Queen's supplies

Vintage wine worth almost £1.5million has been stolen from the Royal Family’s supplier by thieves who broke into a warehouse and crawled under laser beams – before opening champagne to celebrate.

Using tactics often seen in Hollywood heist movies, the gang put a ladder against the side of the building to turn CCTV cameras the other way.

They then used power tools to cut a 4ft by 4ft hole in the wall before crawling under the motion sensors which run along the side of the warehouse and trigger an alarm if they detect movement.

After evading the beams, they used wine crates as ladders to climb up to the level where the most valuable vintages are stored.

For 3 hours they formed a chain and passed wooden cases worth around £5,000 each along the floor before pushing them through the hole and stacking them in their van.

French wines from Chateau Latour, which are worth up to £1,000 a bottle, and Chateau Mouton-Rothschild were among those taken from the warehouse in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The thieves opened bottles of Moet & Chandon inside the warehouse belonging to Berry Bros & Rudd to celebrate their success, it was said.

Thursday, sources said the raid ‘had to be an inside job’ because the thieves had an intimate knowledge of the warehouse and its security systems.

‘They knew which way the CCTV cameras were facing and either avoided them or climbed a ladder to move them,’ a source said. ‘And the hole in the wall was cut in the perfect place. It was only inches below the laser security beam. You could not have picked a better spot.’ One source told how the thieves located a hidden security camera inside the building and ‘adjusted’ it so that it would not capture images of the raid.

‘There are members of staff who have worked at the warehouse for years who didn’t know that camera existed,’ he said. ‘That’s impressive inside knowledge.
‘And there are thousands of bottles inside, but they knew where to look. The crates are stacked from Level A to Level F. They went straight to Level B where the best wines are.

‘What I find staggering is that they then had a party to celebrate.’
The burglary at the warehouse, which contains both wine for retail and wine which the company stores for customers, took place in the early hours of the day.
The value of the stolen wine is believed to be £1.38million. Hampshire Police confirmed that no arrests have been made and said the ‘investigation is ongoing’.

Berry Bros & Rudd opened in St James’s Street, London, in 1698 and has supplied wines to the Royal Family since the reign of George III.

A spokesman said:
'We continue to work with the police and our security advisers to prevent any incidents from happening again, and have further reinforced the already high levels of security and monitoring at our facilities.’

Shocking discovery :Dead woman 'withdraws' over N500k from bank

Mrs Cordelia Iwegbuna Idowu Okocha was 50 when she died of breast cancer, on August 7, 2004, and was buried in September 2004. However,4 years after her death, she ‘visited’ her bank and withdrew more than N527,500 from her savings account in a first generation bank (name withheld).

The statement of account of the dead woman indicated that she withdrew N500,000 by ‘self ’ on February 19, 2008. On February 28, 2008, she made another withdrawal of N27,500 by ‘self’. She made all the withdrawals at the Awolowo Road branch of the bank.

She was survived by her only child, Chukwudi Uche Okocha who was 17 at the time of his mother's death. He said:
“My mother died on August 7, 2004 as a result of breast cancer and my dad died on February 1, 2006. He slept and did not wake up. I am the only child of my parents, I was 17 years old when my mother died. My mum was sick for about eight months, suffering from breast cancer before she gave up.

Since my parents died, I’ve been managing, trying to cope through the help of family and friends.

There is a particular family that took me under their care and since then I’ve been living with them. And to God be the glory, they have been trying. I got admission into University of Lagos to study Mathematics in 2006. It has not been easy not having one’s parents around.

“My mother spent a lot of money when she was sick due to the nature of the sickness. We all know that it is not easy to manage cancer. But about a month before she died, she told me that she had something in her savings account; that was her salary account. She told me that whatever happened, there was something left in the account. When she died, she was paid her July salary. Before she died, she told me that she had over N200,000 left in her account and when she died her salary was paid into the account. So, there was over N500,000 in the account when she died.

“But being the only one, I was not able to process the transfer of the money to my account. My dad was unable to process it before he died. Between 2008 and 2009, I tried to process the letter of administration of my mother’s estate through the Lagos probate court and they gave me the certificate to get the money in the account. That was when I applied for the balance and they told me that the balance was about N500.

I was shocked because she told me what she had left in the account before she died and I know she did not go to the bank after she told me what she had in the bank. But even if there was no money, the July salary should have been there because it was paid after she had died. And I have a copy of the pay slip for the July salary. When I met Barrister Eluma, I complained to him that there was something wrong with the account.

“When we went to see the then branch manager of the bank, she asked if I was sure that my mother was dead. But she was not ready to disclose anything. So, I felt there was foul play somewhere and I decided to see a lawyer and see what we could do about it. We discovered that two withdrawals were made from my mother’s account in February, 2008; that is four years after she died. Did she come from her grave to withdraw the money from her account?

It is a savings account, meaning that she was the only person who could make withdrawals from the account. So, how come withdrawals were made four years after she died? The withdrawals were made by ‘self’ according to the statement of account. It means that somebody, most likely a staff, who knows she was dead or knows something about her withdrew the money.

“What I need now is for them to refund the money and pay some compensation for the inconveniences I have gone through over the years. If I had been able to access the money, it would have been very useful, particularly when I was in school. Again, the value of the money has depreciated in the past 11 years. You can imagine what I could have done if I had gotten the money then. So, they should compensate me.”

He has written a petition to the Assistant Inspector General of Police in-charge of Zone 2 Command, Nigeria Police, Zone 2 headquarters, Onikan, Lagos. Dated June 17, 2015, to help him retrieve the money.
