Attention Attention : Poisonous Pomo Now In The Market.

Many lovers of cow skin popularly known as ponmo in Nigeria are at a big risk as health officials have warned that toxic cattle used for leather production have flooded the country’s market.

The Ogun state commissioner for Agriculture, Funke Sokefun, who raised the alarm, warned residents of the state that the markets were flooded with ponmo reportedly processes with industrial chemicals such as biocides and fungicides.

It was said that ponmo allegedly imported from Japan, Italy, Sudan and some other African and European countries are toxic.

She said what is being sold is raw hide meant for leather production. These hides are often brownish, foul-smelling, abnormally thick with layers and also cheap compared to the certified ponmo.

A couple who dream of becoming parents have decided to undergo weight loss surgery – because they’re to fat to have sex.

The lovebirds, who have been married since 2010, have a combined weight of 63 stone.

Lin Yue and his wife Deng Yang reveal that married life had been difficult right from the start when, they said, they could not find a wedding dress big enough for the bride and had to have one specially made.

The pair who both work in south-west China’s Sichuan Province this week travelled to Changchun, capital of north-eastern Jilin Province, in order to undergo treatment for rapid weight loss.

They hope gastric bypass surgery will help them in their fight against morbid obesity, which they have now decided to tackle in order to one day have a child .

Deng said the dream of becoming a parent alone was enough for them to want to try to lose weight.

But they said they were inspired to take the step together after reading about a woman known as the heaviest person in China, who last month also underwent a gastric bypass to help her fight obesity.

The couple, who are both 30, describe themselves as being as wide as they are tall.

US Marine Kills Transgender Woman After Finding Out She Was Born A Man (Photos)

A Philippine court on Tuesday convicted a U.S. Marine of killing a Filipino last year after he discovered she was a transgender woman in a hotel in the Philippines while he was on a break after participating in joint military exercises in the country.It is claimed that Pemberton did not know she was transgender until arriving at the hotel room.

According to New York Daily News, he first strangled Jennifer Laude and then dunking her head into a toilet bowl in the hotel they had checked into after meeting in a disco bar in Olongapo city, northwest of Manila .

Pemberton testified in August that he choked Laude during a fight that erupted when he discovered she was a transgender woman, but said she was still alive when he left her in a shower, according to his lawyer, Rowena Garcia Flores.

Lawyers of the Laude family, however, said Laude was dead when Pemberton left her. Police have said that Laude had apparently been drowned in a toilet.

He was sentenced to 12 years in jail.Pemberton will also have to pay £63,000 to the victim’s family.
