Shocking :14-year-old girl says four friends took turn to rape her

Femi Olatunji, 17; Oyekanmi Rasheed, 18; Oladele Habib, 18 and John Alade, 16, were arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl, who said they threatened to kill her if she ever exposes them after they raped her when she went to Femi, a tailor, to have her dress mended.

While narrating her ordeal, she said: Femi had once told me he would want to marry me and I told him I wasnt interested. That particular day, I had gone to his shop to give him a dress to fix for me. He said Brother Abidoye (I used to run errands for him) was calling me.

I got to Brother Abidoyes room and I didnt see him. At that point, Femi and his friends entered the room, switched off the light and they raped me. I tried shouting and calling for help but because they had tied my mouth, I couldnt shout very well.

When they finished, my private part was paining me. I had to tell my mother what happened. That was when she alerted the police and the boys were arrested. However, the boys are claiming they didnt rape her, saying it was a consensual act.

Remember the 3year old little boy named Abubakar Usman whose eyes were removed by some ritualists in Kaduna last week?

The boy's father, Usman Isa, says doctors at the Ahmadu Bello University have performed an operation on the little boy. According to Isa who spoke with Daily Trust, the doctors said the ritualists removed everything in the boys eyes and that there was no hope of him seeing again except by a miracle.

“The Kaduna hospital has referred us back to ABUTH. Doctors have conducted surgery yesterday. From what they told us, the perpetrators have removed everything that has to do with the eyes, which would make fixing them difficult. However, doctors said that they would review the operation to see the outcome, hoping they can fix artificial ones.” 

He said the doctors said the artificial eyes would be fixed just to fill the holes, but not for the young boy to see. “Except if Allah performs a miracle,” he sobbed.

Meanwhile the grandmother of little Usman, Malama Hadiza Usman, narrated how she got to know that hergrandson's eyes had been removed by ritualists while he was on his way to an evening Islamiyya class.

In tears, Malama Hadiza told Daily Trust that she would never forget the incident for the rest of her life. “I’d given him N5 to buy sweets on his way, on Sunday, January 24. He left the house with his brother Umar, but on their way they were intercepted by yet-to-be identified men who took him to an uncompleted building and gouged his eyes out.”

At the hospital, little Abubakar was telling those around him to open his eyes to enable him see his mother and grandmother. “Open my eyes, I want to see Mama. Mama, where are you? Where’s Grandma?” he kept wailing.

Cult leader insists on sex to initiate secondary school female members

EIGHT secondary school students have been arrested by the Ondo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for being cult members.

The suspects, five boys and three girls were between ages of 14 and 16 belong to the Eiye fraternity.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that the leader of the gang who initiated the female members reportedly had sex with them to welcome them to the group. They were arrested in Akure by officials of the command following a tip off.

Parading the suspects, the State Commander of the Corps, Mr. Ayinla Adeyinka said that a former student of the school came back to the school to initiate the under-aged students.

“The former student of the secondary schools was the one that came to the school to persuade the students to join his group. He had sex with the female ones to initiate them.”

They NSCDC boss said that the suspects met every Friday in the school premises.

Adeyinka pointed out that the command was still investigating and would soon charge them to court

Speaking with newsmen, one of the female suspect confessed that three of them were initiated by her boyfriend who is a student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo identified as ‘Sergeant’

The 15-year-old suspect said she joined the group in November last year when Sergeant introduced the group to her and her friends .

According to her” He had sex with the three of us in his house and after the sex he inflicted cuts in our hands to take our blood and told us that we had joined his group.’’
She added that they used to meet inside the bush at the back of their school every Friday after the school hours.

The NSCDC commandant said the command had been on the trail of the other fleeing suspects and assured that they would soon be arrested.

Blac Chyna arrested for public intoxication

Blac Chyna who has been in the news this week for being recognized as Rob Kardashian's new girlfriend was arrested on Friday evening after allegedly getting drunk and becoming belligerent during a flight from Los Angeles, California to Austin, Texas on her way to London.
According to TMZ...

Chyna was busted in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Friday afternoon. Cops tells us ... when the plane landed they were there and met her at the gate. She stormed toward the gate for a connecting flight and an eyewitness says she screamed at an airline employee, "Nasty ass bitch."   That was enough for cops, and they arrested her on the spot. 

An eyewitness tells TMZ, Chyna appeared "heavily intoxicated" on the plane and was "fighting" with a flight attendant, acting "like a drunken fool."  Another eyewitness says, at one point she screamed, "Y'all got no respect for me. I gotta tie my shoes. Let me tie my Yeezys." 

She'd just taken off a few hours earlier from LAX aboard a Delta flight ... her final destination was London with a layover in Austin.  

An eyewitness tells us, Chyna was handcuffed and crying as she was taken away. 

Chyna was in jail at the time of this post. She was booked for public intoxication.

Guess she's still in Jail since TMZ reported this about 30minutes ago.

School Head Rapes Minor, Infects Her With STI

THE wheels of justice continue to move at a snail’s pace in the Hartzell High School headmaster, Shorwi Kawadza’s trial for sleeping with an orphaned minor and deliberately infecting her with an STI after it was once again postponed as court could not proceed without the statements of a key witness.

The matter, which has seen a number of court hearing dates being set and postponed, was supposed to be heard at Mutare magistrate today (Friday) but has since been postponed to February 8.

The long dragging case came into public domain after The Manica Post published the story of a Hartzell High teacher Mr William Mukwindidza being accused of sleeping with the minor and infecting the minor with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID).

It later emerged that Mkwindidza was a victim of circumstances as Kawadza (57), working in cahoots with orphanage staffer, Cecilia Thobani (49), derailed investigations in a desperate effort to falsely have Mr Mukwindidza as the accused person.

Early November last year, the case was set to appear before Mutare magistrates’ court with Mr Mkwindidza as the accused but the state could not proceed after discovering that statements from medical practitioners who treated the minor of the STI had not yet been recorded, exactly two weeks after the state had issued an instruction for that to be done.

On October 15 last year, the state instructed police at Penhalonga to record statements from the medical practitioners who treated the minor but the errand had not yet been done by October 29, despite that it is less than 5km of tarred road from Penhalonga Police Station to Hartzell High.

“May (you) please record statements from Moleen Gombarume, a social worker. You can verify her location through Fairfield Children’s home. Also record statements from clinic officials Dr Manyesa or Dr Mutsaa for reference that she was indeed treated for sexual transmitted problems are the abuse,” read the state’s instructions on the docket signed on October 15 2015.

When the matter was supposed to appear before court on October 29 2015, the investigating officer was said to have not yet recorded the said statements owing to other commitments.

“Docket is referred for another court date. The I.O failed to serve all the parties owing to other commitments,” read the October 29 2015 update on the docket.

The case was then postponed to November 18 when the then accused Mr Mkwindidza was expected to appear the court for contravening Section 70 of the Codification Law and Reform Act (having sexual intercourse with a minor).

However, before November 18 date, the case then took a new twist of events headmaster Kawadza was arrested, amid stunning revelations that the school head was the one who actually abused an orphaned minor and hatched a plan to defeat the course of justice by having Mukwindidza as the accused person.

PID is one of the most serious complications of a sexually transmitted disease in women.

Given the seriousness of the matter and that it occurred early in the year, there was outrage as police investigations into the case appeared to be taking longer than expected in order for it to appear before the magistrate’s court.

Cruel Mother Kills Own Son To Please New Hubby

A WOMAN from Chirumhanzu allegedly killed her two-year-old son from a previous marriage to please her new husband and in-laws. Precious Hamandishe, 27, of Ritize Village, headman Chigegwe in Chirumhanzu, said after finding new love earlier this month, she was ordered to surrender her son, Tadiwa Mangoma, to her former husband if she entertained any thought of staying with George Runesu (Jnr) as her husband.

Hamandishe told Bulawayo High Court Judge, Justice Martin Makonese, sitting at the Gweru High Court yesterday, that after failing to take her son back to her former husband, she strangled him with a tree bark fibre.

She then went to her new husband and lied that she had returned the boy to her former husband, the court heard.

Hamandishe, who pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder, was remanded in custody to February 1 for sentencing.

In her defence, she said she wanted to please her new husband and his family who did not want to see her child.

“This was my third marriage and my new husband and his family ordered me to take my son back to his father if I was to stay at their homestead. At the same time my son had a heart problem and the nurses had told me that he was going to die. So I took it upon myself to kill him to save my new marriage,” Hamandishe said.

The state called six witnesses who testified that Hamandishe indeed killed her son.

Prosecutor, Mirirai Shumba told the court that sometime in January 2015, Hamandishe got married to Runesu.

He said she took her son with her to her new husband’s village.

“However, her in-laws were not comfortable with the child living with them. The in-laws advised the accused to surrender custody of the boy to her former husband,” said Shumba.

He said Hamandishe did as she was ordered and on January 7 attempted to take her son to her former husband but was unsuccessful.

Shumba said the woman took her child back to her new husband’s village.

“On the way back, she took her son to a certain spot and placed him on a rock. She proceeded to make some bark fibre and tied his neck with it and strangled him. The boy died and she left him there,” he said.

On January 18, the body was discovered and police were informed.

Investigations led to Hamandishe’s arrest.

“The police visited the scene and discovered the deceased body in a state of decomposition,” Shumba said.

LIB: Tell us about yourself.

I'm Cossy Ojiakor, born in 1983, from Anambra state. And a graduate. | Silver spoon.

LIB: How did you get involved in acting/discover the industry? And what year was this?

I saw a poster while in school way back in 1999. It was about : 'The only Nigerian girl' audition' which I went for.

LIB: What was your first ever role as an actress?

• My first ever role was actually as an orange seller. I also acted in a movie called 'borderline' as a secretary and this was before the only Nigerian girl audition.

LIB: Did your bust cause any difficulty for you when you became an actress?

• Nope. When I started acting my boobs were a lot slimmer, so my bust wasn't that noticeable. It became a lot bigger because I added weight a little.

LIB: What changed about you when you came into the limelight

• Nothing changed about me much. But I got re-oriented from my experiences. I got to know that people who say nasty things about you are just jealous of your success and want to be you. - But can never be! So.. It's cool to turn the table on them and make them talk and eat themselves up with hatred.

LIB: Who is your favourite Nollywood Actor/Actress currently?

• My favorite.... I really dont know.

Apart from acting and music I keep myself happy. (Laughs)

• I'm a very shy person. Most people don't know that.

• Relationship.... Right now am in love with Mr........... Filling in d blank space.

LIB: What attracts you to a man? Physical attributes/otherwise?

• It all depends on perception. I check out those thing I liked in my ex... Excluding the ones I hate.. So if I see a lot of things I like... The harder I fall.

LIB: Describe your fashion style.

• Sexy when am feeling it and plain unrecognizable when I don't want to be noticed.

LIB: If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

• If I could change one thing about me - I'll wish to be in love all the time. Cause there is this special peace you get when you love someone who loves you more. It's so magical. At the end of it all,  Money can not can give you that special glow and peace of mind.
