The 72 year old man and 60 year old woman who have been living together for more than 45 years without bride price and marriage were joined in Holy Matrimony today, Saturday, February 20 at Omega Power Ministries, Port Harcourt.

The church announced the good news on their Facebook page, adding that they bankrolled the weddings of other 140 couples who have been living together for many years without legal marriage. They provided money for the bride price, wedding gown for brides, suit, shirt and even ties for the grooms absolutely free of charge.

"Why did I decide to do this ?" the Pastor asked.

"Every day I get sleepless night because of the amount of people living together when God has not joined them. IT IS A SIN BEFORE GOD. Do you know that; one out of every five people you see in the street are living together without being legally married," he said.

"If Rapture happens now , they will all miss Rapture. So what is the solution ? Solution Number one: Couples must Live apart until you get money to WED. Which is very risky. Any of those women can be my sister or maybe she already has 5 children. The woman will suffer. And a strange woman may take advantage to come in. Solution number two: Legalise their union. But many don't have money to legalize it. They already have children, but no money to pay bride price. So that is why I decided to intervene, so when Rapture happens they shall not be found wanting. 

 

"What is a church building when the people inside the building have visa to go to Hell-fire. Salvation is better than beautiful church building.This is why I conducted marriage blessing for 140 couples @ OPM headquarters. By the grace of God, I gave them money to pay bride price which they have traveled and come back after paying. I bought wedding suits and gowns including shirts and tie for 140 couples. Paid for marriage certificate and paid for food, drinks that will be used for their reception. Now I can sleep well knowing that extra 140 souls have been added to the kingdom of God."

A GRANDMOTHER allegedly swept her 18-year-old step granddaughter’s rape under the carpet saying she led her uncle to abuse her through improper dressing. The teen, whose name cannot be disclosed for legal reasons, was allegedly raped by her step uncle, Manoashe Maringosi, 24, of Bulawayo’s Nketa suburb, on three occasions in 2014.

The teen, in a statement she submitted to the police, said she reported the abuse to her grandmother, whose name cannot be disclosed to protect the identity of the victim, who said it was her fault she had been raped.

“I told my step grandmother about the rape incident and she told me that I was the one who lured my uncle to rape me. I never told anyone about the other rape incidents after that because she told me not to continue talking about it,” said the teen.

The matter came to light after the teen moved in with another uncle, who decided to report the matter to the police last month. Maringosi, who was not asked to plead, appeared before magistrate Abednico Ndebele and was remanded in custody to yesterday.

The girl’s biological father and stepmother are said to be based in South Africa. Prosecuting, Steward Madzore told the court that sometime in June 2014, the teen was staying with her grandmother and Maringosi.

“On an unknown date the accused proposed love to the complainant who turned him down. On the following day the accused approached the complainant in the bathroom and told her that he loved her and started fondling her breasts and pushed her to the floor. He had sexual intercourse with her without her consent,” said Madzore.

It is further alleged that sometime in July 2014, the teen was left home with her step uncle who raped her again.

“Sometime in July 2014 the complainant was left by her step grandmother to clean the house after she left to cultivate her fields. The accused approached the complainant who was in the sitting room and locked the main door. He forcibly took the complainant to his bedroom where he had sexual intercourse with her once without her consent,’ said the prosecutor.

Maringosi is alleged to have raped the teen for the third time sometime in September 2014.

“On an unknown date around midnight, the accused person came home and found the complainant sleeping in the sitting room. He covered the complainant’s mouth with a sofa cushion and raped her,” said Madzore.

He said the girl was referred to hospital for a medical examination and a medical report can be produced in court as an exhibit.

“Ugly women will be married this season because of what God will be doing through anointed soaps,” he said.

During the service, congregants had different types of soaps which they wanted the prophet to pray for them so that they may be converted into supernatural soaps.

Male followers of the prophet were also promised spiritual spectacle which would enable them to see supernaturally if they use the anointed soaps.

Speaking to H-Metro after the service prophet Freddy said:

“I use anointed soaps because God instructed me to do so, these are soaps that they brought and all I did was anoint them.

“God has his way of doing things depending on the situation, Prophet Elisha used a stick that the axe may be recovered from a river in 2 Kings Chapter 6 verse 6.

“At one stage our master Jesus spat on the ground and made clay of the spittle, and anointed the eyes of a blind man.
“A prophet acts upon the word spoken to him by God and that word will produce results.

“What is important is telling the congregants not to rely on the anointed soaps but rather to rely on God who anoints the soaps.

“I am sure that a lot of testimonies will come from those who have their anointed soaps,” he said.

Meet The Man That Beats His Mum To Death Two Days After Being Released From Prison After 30 Year

Just two days after completing a 30-year prison sentence for a 1984 murder conviction, a New Jersey man allegedly killed his 64-year-old mother.

On Wednesday, Steven Pratt, 47, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, admitting his role in his mother’s beating death, police say.

A statement from prosecutors obtained by PEOPLE confirms Pratt, an Atlantic City resident who lived with his mother, repeatedly struck his mother Gwendolyn Pratt in the head the morning of Oct. 12, 2014. Police responded to the Pratt home that morning and found Gwendolyn’s lifeless body inside.

The statement says officers immediately took Pratt into custody and an autopsy later revealed the victim died from blunt force trauma to the head.

Pratt faces 25 more years behind bars when he is sentenced within the next few months, police say.

On Oct. 10, 2014, Pratt was released from a New Jersey prison, where he’d spent the previous three decades for the fatal shooting of Michael Anderson.

When he was 15, Anderson caught Pratt smoking marijuana with friends and confronted the boy.

During that incident, Pratt struck Anderson in the face with a lead pipe. After being hit, Anderson retreated, but hours later, Pratt knocked on his apartment’s door. When he opened it, Pratt shot Anderson.

49 year old Nigerian man, Muhammadu Igomigoh, a security guard, shot his Nigerian girlfriend, 44 year old Nnenna Ogbonna, a licensed nurse and then killed himself during an argument at their home in Middle River, Baltimore USA on Tuesday February 16th.

According to police report, Igomigoh and Nnenna had two children together but no longer lived together. Igomigoh lived in the 300 block of Shagbark Road while Nnenna lived in the 700 block of Northrup Lane, where the shooting happened.

Detectives found that he had visited her home on the day of the incident and the two had argued over finances. ‎Igomigoh, who had a licensed gun as a security guard, shot his girlfriend and then turned the gun on himself.

Judge orders 50cent to explain Instagram pics of him with stacks of money after he filed for bankruptcy

Lol. 50cent posted photos of himself surrounded by money after filing bankruptcy in his court case and now a judge wants to know where the cash he keeps posting on Instagram is coming from. 

The judge ordered 50 Cent to explain the photos that show the him playing with huge sums of cash, saying the photos raise doubts about his actual need for bankruptcy.

The photos were presented in court by Lastonia Leviston's lawyer. Lastonia won $7 million compensation after 50cent shared her sextape online but she's not been able to collect that money because 50 Cent says he is broke

'I'm concerned about allegations of nondisclosure and a lack of transparency in the case,' Judge Nevins said on Thursday at a hearing in Hartford, Connecticut, according to a report by Mail Online 'There's a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process.'

This Lady Was Found Dead In Her Room After Valentine’s Day

A 24-year-old hair dresser was found dead inside her apartment, after celebrating Valentine’s Day. The young lady, identified only as Nanchim, was found dead in her room in Nassarawa Gwong area of Jos North local government of Plateau State.

The deceased, who is also a student of the University of Jos, was found dead in her room on Monday, February, 15. The Plateau State Police command spokesperson, DSP Emmanuel Abuh who confirmed the incident said one person has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The deceased’s aunt, said that the boyfriend has a culture of violence. Nanchim’s corpse has been transferred from Bingham University Teaching Hospital to the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) for autopsy, witnesses said.

A statement from the airline company says that the woman who suffered complications mid air, was confirmed dead when the plane arrived Lagos.

“A female passenger on board Arik Air’s Port Harcourt-Lagos flight was confirmed dead by medical personnel on arrival this morning at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Domestic Terminal One, Lagos.

The lady boarded the flight from Port Harcourt in company of her husband and cousin. The cause of death is yet to be ascertained,” the statement said.

The deceased was traveling with her husband and a relative.

Disturbing footage has been released showing the father a murdered boy moments after he dug himself out of a shallow grave with his throat slashed.
Forrest “Butch” Bowyer was stabbed in the neck and his 12-year-old son Brett shot dead by robbers in Alabama in February 2002.
The victims were buried in shallow graves - but Bowyer somehow managed to claw his way out.
Bleeding heavily with his throat cut "from ear to ear", he crawled to Highway 431 in Seale, Russell County, for help.

Only now, 14 years after the gruesome crime, have Russell County Sheriff’s Department released the horrific dashboard camera footage from that night on February 18.

The officer on camera can be heard saying: "I got a man that’s been cut to hell and said his son’s been shot 3 times.
"[The son] is buried in a grave down here at Uchee, and he wants to go get him.
"He was buried and dug himself out, this is a bad one."
 
In the video, obtained by WVTM-TV News Leader 9 , the officer asks Bowyer who attacked them, to which he responds multiple times, "Jim Brooks".

Bowyer can be heard telling the patrol officer that the killers would likely be back at his home "trying to get some more money".
Brooks and accomplice Michael Carruth were later arrested found guilty at trial.
Both are now on death row, WVTM-TV reported.

Russell County sheriff Heath Taylor told the news channel: "It’s crazy to think about he [Bowyer] survived that night.
"Not one single time do I pass this area, where this occurred, that I don’t think about that case."
