A sad event happened. Today was an unfortunate day for a motorcycle rider Yakubu Samuel as he was crushed to death by a train moving from Ijoko in Ogun State to Ebute Metta.
An eyewitness said the deceased,a security officer at CLAM church in Omole,Lagos,disrespected the order of Nigeria Railway Corporation traffic control officer to stop so that the train can pass a railway terminal at Fagba level crossing in Iju Ishagba.
Other vehicles stopped for the train to pass but the motorcycle rider was in a haste to pass before he was hit by the train.
May his soul rest in peace,Amen.
