Kylie Jenner, 17, is fuming! After sharing a Snapchat video of herself eating Popeyes and muttering something which sounded like “high as f–k,” Kylie is clarifying to her fans that she did not say anything about being high — and was instead referring to something else entirely different.
Kylie’s Snapchat video, which shows her munching on Popeyes chicken and thoroughly enjoying it, was really all about the chicken she was eating!
