But on Sunday, the perennially glamorous Kim Kardashian did the unthinkable and put comfort first - wearing a pair of sensible flats during an outing with her toddler daughter North West.
The 34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashian star looked fabulous in a fitted beige maternity dress, which showed off her growing bump.
She was seen carrying two-year-old Nori to My Gym in Los Angeles, but at one point had to put her down, looking a little out of puff.
Of course Kim has previously struggled with her feet swelling during her pregnancies - so the flats seemed like a good option for the on-the-go mom.
The two were not alone during the trip to the children's fitness centre as North was joined by her older cousin Mason Disick.
