WATCH: JEALOUS MAN BOILED MY HEAD!

THERE WILL be no Women’s Day celebrations for Pamela.
Instead, she will be spending the day, and the rest of her life, nursing burn wounds on her face.
AND THE MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY DID THIS TO HER IS WALKING THE STREETS, RELEASED ON BAIL.

Even Advocate Mthunzi Mhaga, spokesman for the Justice Department, said his bail should be cancelled because the suspect is intimidating the witness.
“She must immediately inform the investigating officer who will talk to the prosecutor to have the bail cancelled,” said Mhaga.

Speaking to Daily Sun, Pamela Mkhize (47) from Daveyton, Ekurhuleni described how the man allegedly tortured her, apparently in a jealous rage, after accusing her of cheating.
She said he tied her hands and feet together and then boiled three kettles of water to which he added cooking oil.

Shoving a cloth in her mouth to quieten her screams, he poured the boiling water over her head, one kettle at a time. Pamela squirmed around on the ground in agony, but he didn’t stop.

“Niku byerile u ta xi kuma lexi uxi lavaku,” he said.
“I told you, you will get what you deserve.”
Then he threw a rope over the rafters and attempted to hang her, but then he changed his mind and spared her life.

Then he left her locked in the bedroom.
Eventually Pamela gained enough strength to get up and go to the neighbours to ask for help.
She got money from her neighbour and took a taxi to her eldest daughter, who stays in another section of Daveyton. She was taken to a local clinic and an ambulance took her to hospital.

She spent a week at the Far East Hospital. After she was discharged last Friday, she went to Etwatwa Police Station and opened a case of attempted murder.

The man was arrested on Monday but was released on bail on Tuesday.

Pamela said the man walks around telling people he wants to kill her.

“I don’t know why he was given bail. That man is dangerous. I believe killing somebody is easy for him. I’m appealing for help,” she said.

Captain Pearl van Staad confirmed that an attempted murder case was opened and that the man was given bail by the court on Tuesday.

“We advise her to come to the police station so we can take her to a place of safety,” she said.
