Once again this popular idiom has materialised in absolute rage!

An unfaithful husband was taught a valuable lesson after he returned home from a business trip to find his wife had sold their home! OUCH!

Builder, Craig Arnold returned home from his stay in New York to find the locks had actually been changed! Not only that, but there were now 6 students just chilling in his former home.

His wife Laura was nowhere to be found as she had packed her bags and was long gone.

After she found a message that told all on her partner phone she began planning drastic measures to put in place. Laura was able to sell the house behind Craig’s back because her parents had taken over the mortgage.

Students from the University of Warwick snapped up the property on a site called www.sellhousefast.uk

Laura told The Sunday Mercury:

 “Things aren’t great between us at the moment. I could do it because my parents came up with the deposit for our home and when we struggled with the mortgage, they came in.”

To really kick him in the nuts she included some of his belongings in the sale, including furniture inherited from his late father, a vintage radio and his golf clubs.

He said:

She’d included my most prized possessions in the ‘fixtures and fittings’. I was gutted. I still can’t get my head around how she did this in the space of a two week holiday. I made a mistake and paid for it dearly. I was very annoyed at first but life is too short to dwell on these things.Who knows, maybe by getting this out of her system will allow us to build on the existing amicable relationship.
