Since Mrs. Qin’s artistic portraits were posted online, she has been acclaimed as a ‘magic beauty’ for her slender shape by netizens who are eager to know the secret of her youthful looks.
With an aging population growing in China, the sales value of beauty products for the elderly will reach 106 trillion yuan ($16.56 trillion) by 2050, which will be a significant increase from the 4 trillion yuan in 2014.
Mrs. Qin told the Chongqing Morning Post that she owes her youthful looks to a strict regime of skincare every morning, being only “half full” for each meal and drinking a glass of red wine in the evening.
