A 35-year-old woman, identified as Christiana, has been nabbed by
the police in Ogun State for forcing her 13-year-old niece into prostitution in Oke-Aro area of the state.
The woman who is an indigene of Oron local government area of Akwa Ibom State, is reported to have gone to her village and requested her elder sister to hand over the girl to her so that she can continue her education, but did the opposite by keeping the girl in a bro*thel and forcing her to s!eep with men while pocketing the money the girl collected from the customers.
The secret was leaked when the police raided the brothel and met the little girl who confessed it was her aunt that brought her to the brothel.
