Rapper Lil’ Kim who has gone through some extreme plastic surgery performed at the BOOM Bash 2015 concert at Liacouras Center at Temple University in Philadelphia.
She wore a very tight black body suit, that showed some of her mismatched shape, but her face was the talk of the day as people fear she is transforming in a terrible way.
